December 8, 2020 – Today, North Carolina Governor Roy Asberry Cooper, issued executive order # 181.

Allow me to STOP him right there…. after the 1st “WHEREAS”:

The first “Whereas” states that via his Executive Order of March 10th (numbered 116) declared a ‘State of Emergency’ to coordinate the states response to… YADA YADA YADA — BLAH BLAH BLAH —

Executive Order #116 was never properly issued!

Let’s refresh our minds on Executive Order 116, shall we?

Folks… let me remind you that Gov. Cooper NEVER Received the “Concurrence of the Council of State”, therefore, there was never a declared STATE OF EMERGENCY.

This is also evidence of his “False Swearing” (aka Perjury under OATH) — along with malfeasance in office.
